These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MiniWeb's mini-website building and hosting service. By ordering a mini-website from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Service

MiniWeb designs, builds, and hosts a one-page mini-website for your business based on the content, images, and preferences (template style, color theme) you share with us, typically over WhatsApp.

2. Plans & Payment

We offer the following plans, billed in Indian Rupees (₹):

• 3-Month Plan — ₹499 every 3 months
• Yearly Plan — ₹999 every year
• Lifetime Plan — ₹3,999 one-time payment, no renewals

All plans include unlimited links, a custom shop URL, your choice of template and color theme, WhatsApp/Call/Social buttons, basic visit analytics, and hosting — with no separate hosting or domain fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a subscription plan (3-Month or Yearly) at any time to stop future renewals; we do not provide refunds for the remaining time on an active billing period. The Lifetime Plan is a one-time, non-recurring, non-refundable payment once your mini-website has been delivered.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the business information, images, and links you provide us. You confirm that you have the right to use any content (photos, logos, text) you send us for your mini-website. We may decline or remove content that is illegal, infringing, or misleading.

5. Ownership

You retain all rights to your own business content (name, photos, descriptions). MiniWeb retains ownership of the template designs, code, and platform used to build and host your mini-website.

6. Hosting & Availability

We host your mini-website on secure, HTTPS-enabled infrastructure and aim for high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance or issues with third-party providers may occasionally cause brief downtime.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or remove a mini-website if payment is not renewed, if the content violates these Terms, or if the content is illegal, abusive, or fraudulent.

8. Limitation of Liability

MiniWeb is provided on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, your mini-website or our service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
